Returns & Exchanges

Thom Browne offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags and signature packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and fragrances are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original Thom Browne packaging and include the printed return form inside the box before sealing securely.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our atelier inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
